Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Course- (Hybrid course)

Join me and my son Jacob for a 6 week Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Course. This will be a hybrid course, offered in person or on Zoom. We will encourage our children to connect to their bodies through fun yoga postures. We will practice breathing exercises that give great benefits to their overall well being. We will focus on gratitude and teach them how to be grateful for their whole self. We will show them relaxation tools that will be invaluable in their lives. Join me as we come together in community to focus on connecting with our children fully in our present moments. All are welcome here.

Mindful Mamas Course (Hybrid Course)

Join me for a 8 week Mindful Mamas Course. This will be a hybrid course, offered in person at my yoga space or on Zoom. Give yourself the precious gift of time. We will learn ways to be more mindful in our daily Mama lives. We will focus on gratitude and treating ourselves with love and kindness. We will offer support to one another in all of our Mama challenges. Join me as we come together in community to focus on connecting with ourselves and our children more fully in each present moment.
